Throughout our eating experience, we had a comfortable amount of waitlists coming to our table to take the clutter off the table as we finished. I felt the waitress and waiters were one team looking out for all the tables versus one waitress or waiter just responsible for a couple tables. Great experience. Great atmosphere . “I’ve been to this restaurant ~5 times now and I’ve thoroughly enjoyed it every time. Their momo soup and mango lassies are excellent. Their naan is also so fresh and flavorful (I’ve gotten the garlic and sweet one, yum). The service is very kind and I always appreciate the free appetizer they bring out at the beginning. Looking forward to coming back, it’s become a favorite in our household.“

“We have a lot of good indian restaurants back home in Atlanta, this was one of the best biryanis we had. The best part was the server, young kid was very friendly, attentive taking care of everything on the floor by himself. Good friendly service is always lacking at indian restaurants( mostly owners fault), this guy was exceptional.“

“While, I have never dined in at this restaurant, our family gets takeout often. It is common to be greeted with a big smile by the restaurant owner who is always warm and welcoming. The food is cooked fresh and so savory. We like spicy food, and the medium is almost a bit too spicy, but we go for it each time. Love the heat! Each serving easily feeds two people. If you’re wondering if it will be enough, order an extra and your future self will thank you for leftovers.“

“I had such a wonderful dining experience here recently. Everything from the presentation to the flavor was absolutely spot on.

The meal started with these adorable beet cubes served on tiny skewers with little red hearts on top. It was such a thoughtful, charming detail that set the tone for the rest of the night. Every dish that followed was just as delicious.

“My wife and I recently moved to the Midvale area. We are now frequent customers of Great India. Tonight we ordered their Great India Special Appetizer, the Garlic Cheese Naan, and an order of Chicken Vindaloo (spicy). The flavor is incredible and the food so fresh. We talked with the owners (yep - locally owned, a big plus) and learned that they prepare the Naan when it's ordered, not heated up from earlier in the day. Its obvious! We couldn't recommend a restaurant more highly. Really one our favorites.“

“I am not a foodie nor familiar with Indian/Nepali Cuisine, my vegetarian daughter does like indian food. We thought we would give this place a try. I believe the food was made fresh and there was a bit of a delay, maybe 15 minutes, getting our food but I felt the food was worth the wait. I asked for a recommendation and they suggested the Chicken Masala which I thought was wonderful. I went with medium spice and felt it was pretty mild. My daughter had a vegetarian dish which she said was as good as she has ever had. I felt the portions were fine, I was easily able to split my entrée into two meals so I have something to look forward to tomorrow for lunch.“

“I ordered through Doordash, and saw all the bad reviews. First of all OMGGGGG it tastes so freaking amazing!! I'm so happy! I ordered the samosas and chicken masala, perfect level of spice, super flavorful, and I'm generally picky with my Indian food. Mmm mmmm!!! Ignore the reviews. It's sooo worth it, so freaking yummy! Yay!! So glad I took the risk, hahaha.“
