“Gotten food from here a few times. Always great food. We live in Utah county, but try to stop in and get food from here when we're up in SL area. If we remember to bring an insulated bag, we put food in it, but even without the food is packaged well and still warm by the time we get back to UT county. My sister lives in Montana and asks us to freeze some of the ChaiYo food to bring up to her.“

“Everything I've tried here has been so good, with really fresh ingredients-- fresh vegetables, fresh basil, etc. My favorite so far is the panang curry, however I also have a weakness for the sticky rice with mango (I don't know where they find their mangoes but theirs are way better than any that I can find!) The service has always been fantastic as well. I come here when I've had a hard week and I need some good food and a friendly vibe to keep me going:)“

To the owner, the menu is a bit confusing because it refers to vegan dishes as beef or ham (instead of be'f or plant based, etc), but it turns out everything on the menu is plant-based. It feels amazing not to be restricted to tofu!

“Mark of the Beastro is my favorite vegan place in Utah. My best friend and I eat there often enough that they recognize us as the sticker stealers who sits by the window. I do wish they'd have an option on door dash to hold jalapenos and add other ingredients, like king crab and fish eggs. people would pay extra. I would! “Visiting Utah from VA. My best friend wanted to check out some bookstores and we got hungry. We trued stopping at some restaurant that was closed and so we stumbled by this Thai place.

I am not sure if the universe is looking out for me, but my goodness this place hit the spot like no thai restaurant I’ve had to date. I don’t know how else to explain the freshness in the food but it has that touch. Tom Yum soup… absolute killer. Followed up by some random noodle dish I have never heard of. I was upset at myself for ordering a noodle dish because it’s tough to assess a good noodle dish, but this was different. The noodle was somehow so light and the flavor was so subtly packed.

The service and the welcoming attitude of the server was top notch. This place is the perfect definition of a hole in the wall type place that cares far more about how good the food is than anything else. Absolute 10/10.“
