“At first, I was completely put off because their weren’t prices listed. I immediately felt I was going to be overcharged. I asked the sweet lady for prices, and she obliged happily. It was the most I’ve ever paid for a boba and I’ve drank them all over. Even on Waikiki Beach they weren’t so expensive. So, why 5 stars? The brown sugar milk tea with traditional Boba was the best boba I have ever had! It was so good I am considering going back tomorrow before I leave town! Good job, Hello Boba. Still too much $$ for boba, but goodness, it is tasty!“

“Everyone was really diligent with their jobs I didn’t see anyone slacking off. They were well trained. Yung especially, he’s the one that helped us with our order. He was really patient and well informative. We asked to try almost all the ice cream they had ?. Toward the end he even informed us about their rewards program which is pretty neat! Only reason why I’m putting 4 starts under the food category is because it was our first time going and we didn’t know how everything was going to taste together.“

“I love this place. I go there almost every day on my lunchbreak. They're almost always busy and they seem to be understaffed, but thier staff is super nice and they still get my order out pretty quickly. The cashier with the glasses is the sweetest ever!!! Also they've been really helpful with my allergies. Most places just say "I don't know" when you ask about allergens, or tell you "you can't have that and I can't modify it" but the staff here knows and/or checks every time and has modified menu items to be gluten free for me :)“

“I've been a big fan of Dad's Ice Cream over the past 5+ years. I've rented from them for all sorts of events--birthday parties, church socials, scouting activities, school events, you name it! I've tried out everything too--bounce houses, ice cream (soft serve and from the carts), nacho machine, carnival games...Every time has been a wonderful experience, and if I ever have any questions about something, they are always quick to answer or assist. I can't recommend them enough!“

“October 13, 2022, my sister and I went to Leatherby's for lunch at 12:10 p.m. We order a Philly cheese steak sandwich, and we waited 20 minutes for it, it was barely warm. It had hardly and meat, green peppers, onions on it! I said to the waiter this Philly cheese steak sandwich was on the Menu said The BEST Seller. It had nothing is on it; he took it back and (they probably spit on it) when came back it STILL hardly had any meat etc. on it! It was the worst Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich!!! Service VERY Poor! Food VERY POOR!!!“
