Panera offers a great experience with food that is delicious and yummy. People order the toasted Caprese Focaccia and Creamy Tomato Soup. The food is what you expect from Panera, with quality and nice. Service can be good but sometimes left something to be desired. Employees Kaia Kyle team have kind fast service and drink while wait in drive through takes quite some time. Delays and confusion happen, with orders sometimes taking 20 to 25 minutes longer than said, missing side french breads, cookies or sides, and soup cold. Training and practice are needed to perfect the system. People working are super pleasant and the vibe is nice for a fast casual segment. The manager watches and corrects, and the staff works to serve the soup last and serve sandwiches quick. Food quality great and service better with each month.
