Tracie took my son's order and was super respectful. My son is hard to understand and she was so patient and kind. She asked my son his name and she spelled it wrong but went back and corrected the spelling after my son told her how he spells his name. Thank you so much Tracie for providing the best experience for my son and me. Wendy's please give this woman a raise <3
First of all, the service was actually great! My biggest complaints were more how the business is run and some general issues. Something must be wrong with the drink machine, because all the drinks tasted watered down to the point that it tasted like carbonated water with some coloring. I tried 2-3 different drinks and each was the same. I'm also not a fan that they charge you for sauce - overall everything is more expensive than the quality/amount warrants.
Quana is very kind and has excellent customer service. She deserves a raise
