“I had went to Payson Arby’s and they messed up my order. I was already heading south and couldn’t turn around. Nephi was amazing and fixed my order even though they didn’t have to. The employees in Nephi were so nice, helpful, and understanding. Which is not something you get a lot so good job to them!“

“I have to look at the bright side. I’ve ran businesses and trying to run a fast food business in a small town is not an easy task. My recommendation for people traveling and eating fast food in a small town must be patient. You don’t know their Circumstances. They have a hard time keeping employees much less good employees including managers. When they lack managers it’s overwhelming to the the employees. They can only do the best they can till all positions are filled. Small towns my take a little longer to get organized. If the store was in a big city you’d have something to really complain about. I was just at the store in Nephi and they’re doing great considering the circumstances. However it was clean and they had great customer service. The customers seemed very satisfied as well. I didn’t see anyone complaining. Good luck Nephi Wendy’s employees keep on with the good work and keep on smiling. Don’t let anyone discourage your work ethics.“

“We came because all the reviews said that this place sucked and we wanted a bizarre experience. Cashier was no more than 14 and I got a hair in my shake (raspberry). We got 6 shakes and the sizes we received were completely arbitrary to what we asked for. At least four different sizes despite the fact there were only 2 on the menu. 10/10 exactly the experience we wanted“

“I was pleasantly pleased with the whole atmosphere until Eddie from the back was asked to do something and mouthed off and was being insubordinate. Eddie is there to collect a paycheck and do minimal or no work (his words not mine). Avree was a gem! Greeted with a smile, Hustling with our food, and multitasking like a master.“

“Most of the time only the cheeseburger is any good. But I seldom get it with onions or lettuce so it has to be made fresh. I almost always stop when traveling south or back home. Wish the one in hometown was still open.“
