I have noticed the long lines at his food truck, and recently was introduced to his catering. It was FANTASTIC! Brisket was fall apart tender, with a tasty smoke ring and excellent spices. Moist, flavorful, lean, and tender, it hits all the marks! BBQ chicken was similarly tender, moist, flavorful, and lean. His homemade sauce was delicious. Side salads, rolls, coleslaw, and potato salad were incredible. And then, peach cobbler that is a hot, tasty, and perfected ending. Every single step was amazing and the work of a true master of the craft.“
