“I will admit, my experience at this location in the past has been less than amazing. I had stopped going to this location for quite a while due to the poor service and food quality. I’m not sure if it’s new management or what, but the last 2 times I have gone recently, the service and food has been top notch! I always order through the app for carry out. The first time I ordered a few weeks ago was during lunch and the other day was during dinner and both times I was greeted within seconds of walking up to the take out counter! In the past, it was nearly impossible to get service and when I finally did, it was as if I was inconveniencing them. The food has been fantastic both times without a single mess up. I’m not sure what has changed, but keep it up!“

“09.19.24: The morning crew seems to be able to keep the food consistent. Actually the only Taco Time I like regarding the food. Kritik work the window today and was very pleasant, great smile and did a very fine job. 07.31.24 Update: Tried this again and the young lady (Rylee) was a nice change from my last visit. She was pleasant and made me glad I gave this Taco Time another try.“

“so i have a little 6 yr old boy with Autism and let me tell you i was super impressed with the staff at the ogden street market. we were in line for the donuts and he kept asking to go over and eat your food. ( he has a very picky eater so I did not think he would) But i walked him over there and he started looking at all the food and was kinda interested. with out me even asking the staff made him a taco for him to try!!!! once they handed him the plate he simply said “no thanks i don’t want it.” the staff then told me I could put whatever toppings I wanted to and try it myself. this to me was amazing. Just for them to be willing to let him try it and the customer service they had was by far the best. And let me tell you I shared that taco with my daughter and it was amazing.“

“Welcoming as soon as you walk in. The server was attentive and helpful when asked for recommendations. We started with the choriqueso, then enchiladas rancheros, this came with homemade refried beans, a Verde that had kick to it, fajitas Texanas, that came with shrimp, chicken, steak, green and red peppers, onions, tomatos, homemade refried beans, avocado slices, lettuce. The food was fresh, hot, very plentiful and great for the price. This is a will be back to eat again.“

“Ok first off the people leaving bad reviews makes no sense. If you leave a container of salsa out at room temperature for even an hour it starts to bulge especially in this heat we're having but anyways I ordered here for the first time and i have a big family of 9 so we are usually going to 3 different places to accommodate our kids and what not and this place literally had it all. Big menu of different items to satisfy everyone. Portion sizes were very big. I got the aguachile and had enough for lunch and dinner and it had so much flavor. The food was hot and fresh. I have no complaints. Everytime i get a torta somewhere the bread is ALWAYS dry but not here, it was perfect and so much toppings. Customer service was amazing the lady was very nice and helped recommend items, Thank you so much this will be our new favorite mexican food spot.“

“Not all Mexican Food is created equal. This restaurant in Ogden hits all the high marks for taste, presentation, quality and customer satisfaction. Very friendly owners are very helpful explaining what items are if necessary. The portions are huge. My Birria Fries could easily feed 2 or maybe 3 people. The fries themselves are great, thick, perfectly browned and not hard, perfect size for toppings of meat, cheese and sauces. One half is set up for meals with a toppings bar and the other side is for delicious desserts. Either way the sitting areas are plenty and easily accessible for seconds of either type….. A recommendation from our neighbors sent us here. We are so glad they did.“

“The Wako Taco is very enjoyable. It’s fresh with a TexMex flavor and with fried cheese on the soft shell. It was devoured before I realized I should have grabbed a picture. We also tried the Wakito and felt that it was good, especially for a kid size. It didn’t seem to match its value for the size but the quality is there. It’s basically a small burrito. We will be back for more though!“

“Don’t let this “scary looking restaurant” scare you away. We usually get street tacos from the street cart on 26th and Washington Blvd. Lately no one there. So, we decided to give this company a try. WOW! YUMMMMY!While it may not be the prettiest place to dine at or (take out in my case) the service was was amazing, and their little tacos were packed with flavor. We purchased 5 different ones and were impressed with all 5 of the meats we chose. They definitely earned our repeat business. “4 Stars. The chips and salsa were great. The service was wonderful. The restaurant was cozy and cute. I ordered the Swiss Enchiladas and they were delicioso. My wife got Ray's Tostada. We were not impressed with that one. The pork tasted more like Tuna fish.We would definitely go back and try something else.“

“The best place in Utah for authentic Mexican style chicken and rice (pollo con arroz) or just a quick simple but crazy delicious meal. That guy that said pollo loco is better is most likely not used to authentic food :) We get the quarter chicken and 3 tacos and share. I will pay anything for that green sauce too, best jalapeño salsa I’ve ever had! This place is incredible!“

“I have loved everything I ever have eaten here. The best meat, surprisingly, is the chicken. My favorite type of meat is by default al pastor, but the chicken here surpasses that. “When I have extreme cravings for chilaquiles I go here. I love the choices of meat that you can put on top and you can get eggs and you can get red or green sauce. Everything was packed with flavor. The two salsas those were actually tasty the red one was very picoso. The chile relleno the sauce had so much flavor. And nothing was cold. The bisteak was seasoned perfectly it tasted so bomb. The egg and the chilaquiles complimented each other, the sauce I couldn't get enough of it. The rice and beans even had flavor. Everything was packaged nice and neat. These pictures do not do the food Justice at all. Was a very nice comfort food late lunch. I don't eat here as often as I like but when I do I have a good experience.“

“Came here for lunch a little hidden away. Upon entering the smell of the food cooking was amazing! The service was great! Greeted right as we came in. The waitress kept checking on us. The soda machine was out, we were told right off. I ordered the Fridays special chicken enchiladas with refried beans and rice. Although the enchiladas were not my favorite, the beans and rice were fantastic! It's really hard to make the rice taste authenticn, this place did it. Can't wait to come back and try the tacos. “I once was a occasional diner here pre-covid. Was good food then. I decided to return after over 3 yrs and see how the food was now in 2023. One word....Delicious!!! I had a combination plate with the following: 2 chicken enchiladas with red enchilada sauce--exceptional, tender, moist flavorful chicken, freshly made. 1 beef street taco--also Delicious with fresh slices of lime you can squeeze over, fresh onion and cilantro Rice & Beans -- also Delicious. Normally I never have anything to say about beans and rice, most places just bland and flavorless. These were so good I cleaned my plate. Ordered a side of 2 jalapeños. Got two deliciously spicy grilled large peppers, perfectly grilled. Chips (homemade) and salsa were great. Topped it off with 2 ice-cold Coronas with lime. Fantastic meal, Delicious food. Highly recommend“
