We continually focus on skills including customer service, treat creation, as well as treat quality. The service wasn’t great.
We had Northern Ice out to our house for our sons birthday party. David and Cara were exceptional!!!! They gave my son and all party guests an experience to remember. The flavors were delish, and service was impeccable. I will definitely recommend them to anyone wanting a mobile snow cone truck!!!

Northern Ice is an excellent spot to meet friends and indulge in creamy treats, including Shave Ice and NICE Cream. The menu features flavors like DoleWhip Classic Pineapple, and the prices are reasonable. The restaurant has a cozy atmosphere, complete with a gazebo and benches, making it a fun spot to enjoy a sweet treat. The service is great, and the staff is continually improving their skills in customer service, treat creation, and quality. Note that Northern Ice is seasonal, closing mid-October and reopening in April or May, but they cater to events and can accommodate special requests during the off-season.
