“Tried ordering through doordash and had zip code erros, tried doing a call in order that didn't work. So THE OWNER comes out after hours 12 minutes after hours in the opposite direction of home with two cheeseburgers, & a portable register on an ELECTRIC FRICKIN UNICYLE!!!! The absolute most legendary bruger place out there and its not just because of the outlandish great tastes!“

“Our Special Needs class came here today for our field trip The kids meals are so big and perfectly fed our kids. Then the owners brought us out ice cream (with Oreo sprinkles) for the kids and shakes for the adults 😋. The kids were so excited for the unexpected Treat that they started clapping 👏. Will, the owner, came out and talked to the kids and got to know them better. The employees were so kind and took extra time with our kids,even though they were busy! “I'm a fan of Carl's Jr from my childhood! Haven't had one where alive now for over 20 years...The minute we walked in to this location I noticed the work ethic of what seemed to be the only person working at the front (and he was). He was hustling between the drive-thru, cash register AND prepping food! He was friendly, greeted us right away, was multi-lingual - speaking Spanish to another worker in the back. Even though we could sense he was busy, he helped us without seeming rushed, only giving quality customer service and answering our questions with good detail. After taking our BIG order for 8 people, he was considerate enough to explain that there were only 2 workers so it may take a bit of extra time. We were happy to wait because this young man was so great. And then - he managed classic business smarts - he under promised but OVER delivered, getting us our food in minutes including free cookies!!!

“My boyfriend and I love to eat here! We feel that it is healthy food and the portions are perfect for us! And for a special treat we absolutely love their sweet potato fries! They are so yummy and their fry sauce is so good! They are always so friendly and accommodating there and that can be rare these days! They always have a smile for us!

“Place is in the mall, seating area is small however it's very clean and great lighting. Staff is very kind and friendly and even when we ran into a small issue the way that the staff treated and talked to each other was awesome.

Food was delicious! I went with a medium bacon crunch burger and kids did palace classic and bbq smokehouse. All were perfect. Anytime my kids are quiet and eating is a big sign that the food is good.

Pistachio shake was legit! And fries are butter in my mouth, salty is inside the fries, not just on top. Greatly done!“

“Such an awesome place to eat. Really the only fast food place that I think hasn't gone downhill since I went there as a kid. Their burgers are seasoned, and their buns are so good. Not to mention they haven't jacked up their prices like pretty much every other fast food place. Staff here is super friendly.“

“This experience was okay. The lady at the desk looked like she didn’t want to be there at all, like she was ready to be done. She served me, but a manager had to be called because she was a little confused about a deal that was being offered.
Anyways, the food was good, I got an Oreo Brownie Medium blizzard, which ended up being around $6. Kinda crazy since I remember the LARGE blizzards being around $5 back in the day. 🫡
I also got some cheese curds for my friend, then he paid me back.
Some tables were a little messy but not much. The lady serving me forgot my receipt AND gave the cheese curds to someone else, before I mentioned it. So… a little disappointed by the service.“
