“Celebrated our anniversary here and ordered the Mariners seafood boil. It was SO good! In my opinion, it was better than Joe's Crab Shack. For the price we paid, we had more than enough food. We honestly could have shared, we had so much leftovers to take home. Our server was amazing. She was super kind and attentive. She made sure we were well taken care of. The manager also checked in on us which was nice. We received a complimentary dessert for our anniversary which was super delicious and made our night!
Overall, we will be coming here more often.“

“We're not typically loud about our news so our server Josh had no idea it was our 6th anniversary. But his friendly and quick service made our visit very pleasant and we plan to return.
We came for dinner and were served in a timely manner. The food was amazing, the portion size was great especially for the price. The dining area wasn't too busy and the whole overall meal was delicious.“

“I worked at this sizzler some 20 plus years ago. I was a server. I miss my customers and coworkers. This was the absolute best place I've ever worked. I now people have been a little off recently due to the covid pandemic, but as a long time employee of this company, 14 years of service, I'm still a big fan of Sizzling Plater Inc. I guarantee once this pandemic is behind us, You will see a strong healthy great group of people I've ever met will be back. But the one thing I always loved about Utah, people stick together even in the worst of times. The economy and the dark and gloomy presents have dampened EVERYONE'S spirits. “It took me a minute to try and come up with this review. I hope I can put into words our experience this evening. We came from out of town and decided to take my in laws out to dinner. Party of 7, called ahead, reserved, and was seated right away when we showed up. The food was amazing. I ordered the ribeye special and was blown away. Our waitress Eva(I hope I’m correct on that spelling) was professional, prompt, and FANTASTIC with our children. I believe a manager had came by and interacted with our kids as well. We are still just incredibly amazed at how well we were treated and how great the food was! Plus add the live music by Mariah, and it was a perfect evening for our family. I would be a fool if I didn’t mention the CHOCOLATE CAKE! Holy goodness. Please do yourself a favor and order yourself a slice! Thank you again crew at Magleby’s! We appreciate you so much!“

“This place is fantastic. We always get great food and great service! We have now been there 5 times, and do not have one complaint! One bag, the large one, $50.00, will feed 3 or 4 adults. The only thing better than the food is the service! Girls are great, takes pictures for us happily, super friendly. Building is older, so not fancy. Behind the Dillard's sign off State St. Anyone that doesn't like this food, probably isn't happy with anything. All some people do is criticize. This place is fantastic.“
