“I had initially only gone because a few of my buddies were dumbfounded by the fact that I had never been there. Honestly, I am too. The food is amazing. I decided to order the smaller steak and chicken bowl, and was pleasantly surprised. The smaller, cheaper bowls are still quite large and filling despite being labeled as “small.” The staff were also incredibly efficient and friendly, having my meal ready within 30 seconds of me ordering it. The ambience of the building leaves a little to be desired though. Despite being an asian, teriyaki inspired location, the walls are a bright green color, covered in sports related imagery, which isn’t really my style. However, the food is good enough that I can overlook the juxtaposition between the vibe and the food. Another small issue I had was that, for the steak AND chicken combo, 80% of the dish was veggies and rice, with the other 20% being split between the meats. I’m not a salad guy, so it’s a little disappointing to be given your least favorite part in abundance.“

“This is by far our favorite ! We booked the Shabu in the canyons thinking we were at the right spot . Come to find out, we were at the wrong place ! We called the restaurant and they were fully booked, our girl got us in. Love, Love this place ! Get the wagyu on the rock“

“I LOVE THIS PLACE. I have to come at least once when I visit the Canyons. This time I went twice! The tofu coconut curry ramen is SO good and huge. I eat most of the broth as my starter soup and then take the rest home for lunch the next day. We also order edamame and blistered green beans. I love their sushi rolls...so many to choose from, but I especially like their spicy tuna. My husband gets the sashimi platter. I also order a wonton chicken salad To Go with the wontons, chicken and YUMMY salad dressing on the side for a perfect lunch the next day.“
