“Went here today with my sons. The service was absolutely amazing from the moment we walked in. The food was delicious! They were so insanely kind! They gave my boys both free chips and when we were finished eating outside he even came outside and offered them popsicles because it was so hot outside. Absolutely will be returning. These guys are fabulous!“

“I never leave reviews, but Jimmy John’s in Payson is truly the best. The staff is amazing, always so kind and friendly. When I bring my dog through the drive through they often give her a lil piece of bacon (soooo cute!). They forgot to add a pickle in my order, and they went above and beyond to make it right (they called me to apologize, gave me another pickle and a brownie, and offered to give me free lunch). I will continue coming to this Jimmy John’s, they’ve got a loyal customer out of me!!“

“I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to give a huge shoutout to Brooklyn at Subway. She’s seriously amazing at her job friendly, fast, and super professional. You can tell she cares about making your order just right and always has a great attitude, even when it’s busy. She keeps the line moving without making anyone feel rushed and brings great energy to the whole place.

If you go to this Subway, definitely hope Brooklyn’s working. She makes the experience 10x better!“

“I have been going to this Jersey Mike's location weekly for months now, and I am always impressed by how great my experience has always been. The staff is always quick and efficient, but also kind and patient. I usually get a confusing and overly customized order, but they are great at giving me exactly what I want every time. The restaurant is always clean, even when it's busy and there are tons of people there. There can sometimes be a wait, but only if you go at peak lunch and dinner hours. This is very much expected, but even if there is a wait it's never been very long. The one down side to this location is parking. If you go when it's busy the parking lot is very full and hard to find a spot. Luckily they also have a drive up, so you don't have to get out of your vehicle. Ultimately this is a fantastic place to eat with great food and wonderful staff!“

“I had a great experience at this location! I'm pregnant, and it's really great that they can heat up the meat for me when I am craving a sub! I got the number 8 and it really hit the spot. The team was all super positive and nice and helped me decide what to get since I had never been there before. It was slightly messy since I went in right after their lunch rush, but I could see people cleaning and working on getting the store back in good shape. It also didn't deter them from helping me and being patient with my pregnancy brain/indecisiveness. Will definitely be back!“

Parking: Three parking spaces are close to the front door, with a few more across the small parking lot. They share with a lot of businesses, which affects the availability of course.“

“The younger girl messed up my sandwich and it fell apart (it can happen, I totally get it and I couldn’t do it any better most likely). She apologized and the other lady gave us an extra 6 inch sandwich to make up for it. That’s what I call great customer service!“

“I normally do not have a problem with this store. I have ordered delivery from the app many times. last time I ordered I got a message saying something was wrong with my card. I got lunch so where else. I noticed a pending charge for them. I thought the charge would go away when they realized that they never made my order. nope I got charged for a delivery to I never got. I called be and talked to a nice in young man and he took my information and said he someone would be back with me. so far nothing. I feel like I got robbed. I guess I made a donation to them. I am don't know maybe business is bad so they need my money. lesson learned“

“I stopped by here as I was in the area taking some pics. I had this place in my radar to visit. The gentleman behind the counter if you was chowder in a sourdough bowl come in Friday and before they sell out. Well I made it today and it was AWESOME. The sourdough was crisp and the chowder was AWESOME. The staff worked fast getting food out and they all worked well together. Definitely a place to visit again.“
