“Yumm! Typically these guys are fantastic, today was not a good day. Long wait at lunch is expected but I ordered a 44 reg and I watched them finish 21 sandwiches before they did mine. I had to ask twice.
I do love this place but that was hard to watch.“

“I came to your establishment for the first time ever today. My three year old and I came to the drive thru. The young man who took our order was so Kind, helpful, and happy. We found the young man that took our money in the same attitude. As we drove away my three year old said, "mom, those are some of the nicest boys ever, aren't they? " Even better, the sandwich was delicious. We will be back. Thanks.“

“So i came here after work with my wife and kid I ordered a Chipotle cheese steak and she ordered the original cheese steak. When I got my order my wife's was fine. Mine was made with the wrong meat. Got chicken instead of beef. Not usually a big deal but I was wanting steak today. I let the lady at the front counter know the mistake and she immediately fixed the issue with no problems she was super nice and helpful. Thank you Paris for helping me with that and I do believe she needs a raise“

“Best subs you can get out of a chain experience! The grilled stuff is good, but the cold cuts are where they really shine. They also take gluten free seriously and educate their employees about wiping down equipment, changing gloves, etc. The quality of the sandwich construction can vary, but I’m always happy with one of their subs for dinner. My main complaint is that when ordering for pickup I always have to check if they gave me the right drink—I’ve been given a regular Mountain Dew instead of the Diet Dew I ordered a handful of times.“

“omg I wanted to give a huge shout out to this location and Courtney for you and your team!!! such nice people with great attitudes!! called to fix a problem with an order I had and she went above and beyond my expectations!!!! “I am from AZ and loved going to Ikes in AZ. I was excited to learn they are in Utah now. I ordered online and they had it all ready on time. I made a lot of changes to my sandwich and they made it exactly as I asked. The sandwiches were SO good and I love how they give you a free caramel apple lollipop with your sandwich. The workers are amazing at their job.“

“The food was delicious as ever. Sensuous is the best sandwich shop in the world.
The staff was also happy and cheerful. One of them said, I love my job! They also said what their favorite sandwiches were and recommended some.
The music was great, as well, and you could talk and enjoy yourself there. I also.loce all the posters and signs, and the comics on the tables. It is fun!“

“This was my go to place back in college. A warned 8 inch Sensuous was perfect. 25 years later, it's still the same. The service was fast and friendly, the sandwich was delicious. I do recommend this place.“

Parking: The parking is a little small but is really close to the door to the point where u don’t have to walk to an extreme amount to get to the store or park far away“

“Quick service and always tasty, and r employees willing to accomidate requests like slicing the sandwich into more pieces than regular. There are also usually nice quoteable quotes on the walls, and some of the bathrooms have funny quips as well.“

“I went in not knowing what I was wanting, but the employee there helped me by listing off his favorites and was trying to help find what was best suitable for me. “Typically, my husband and I have a good experience at firehouse. Today, we placed an order online 40 minutes before scheduled pickup. It was lunch time and busy, but welcome to the world of restaurants? When I walked in and saw that my order wasn’t on the rack for pickup orders, so I politely asked where my order was or for an update, I was was told: “It’ll get there when it gets there.” “Well, sorry I’m working.” And “excuse me?? What did you say?” I literally had to tell the girl “I wasn’t rude to you so please don’t be rude to me.” Kind of ridiculous to walk in and be met with crap attitude and slow service. An order placed 40 minutes prior to pickup schedule shouldn’t take 55 minutes to make. It also shouldn’t be wrong and missing items. So 5⭐️ for firehouse in general. 2 ⭐️ (at best) for service given today.“

“Sandwiches are always amazing but the guy at the register today was rude explaining things. I ordered and he repeated it to me using sandwich numbers. I hadn’t ordered that way so I didn’t know what he was confirming. He got a little rude and said it says up there SLIM. After searching there is a very tiny white bar that explains a SLIM. He made me feel so dumb. Won’t come back to this location.“

“I usually like this place, but tonight there was only 1 employee and he was less than kind! I understand, but everyone who was there did online orders and we all waited patiently. I bought 2 whole salads, and I got 2 half salads, when I asked about it, the employee was absolutely rude! If you go there tonight, please be patient with the service Bless his heart, he looked like he just wanted to cry!“

“What an AMAZING little place to find while we happened to be stuck in town with car trouble. Decided to give this spot a try… we will now be coming back despite being an hour away.
All three personnel working there were very inviting and polite. Food tasted amazing and fresh! We even got to watch the live nature cam of a bald eagles nest they had up on the tvs. Music choice was spot on with all the great “classics.” I say classics since I’m older now…
THAT’S how a restaurant should be running. They were AMAZING. If I had known they were going to treat us that well I would have tipped more. Now I know for next time!“
