“The food was delicious. We ordered Pho and apps. The vietnamese tacos were delicious. The broth from the pho was delicious. And plenty of meat! The only thing is the noodles break too easily so you end up with a lot of tiny noodles you habe to fish out.“

I also had the spring rolls. They were not good to spite being huge. It was a bunch of lettuce wrapped around vermicelli with like deli chicken meat and shrimp scattered around the outside. No flavor, no freshness, and I have had so much better at other restaurants nearby.“

Our family ordered Pho, Salted Vietnamese Iced Coffee and Coconut Water w/ basil seeds. The Pho was one of the best I’ve ever had. The broth was rich in beefy flavor. Perfect portion as well. The Salted Viet Coffee was to die for and the Coconut Water was very refreshing! I highly recommend stopping by and giving Cafe Trang a try if you want authentic Vietnamese food. You won’t be disappointed.“

“The best Chinese restaurant in Utah! I grew up going to Chinatown in NYC and this is just as good! The food is always delicious and the service is great! We always have a chat with Henry and we don't even need to say our order anymore. The sesame chicken is the best I've had and the fried rice is incredible!
