“Best Mexican food in Utah. My boyfriend and I go to Rio Sonora quite a bit and I’ve yet to have anything I didn’t like. Food is always amazing and wait times aren’t too long. We normally stick to tacos when we come, the birria taco being one of the best things on the menu. Recently I tried their Al pastor burrito and I think I have a new favorite. If you’re ever In the area, it would definitely be worth it to stop by.“

“We went on a taco Tues for $1.69 per taco. Enjoyed the great price. I particularly enjoyed the asada and Al pastor. We've been here a couple times and the service is great and the food is great. Usually Tuesdays are packed at places like this, but we were the only ones in the store and the service was fast.“

“For poor college students (they have a BYU discount menu) looking for a sit-down Mexican restaurant with good food and not extreme prices, this was great. I’m not the one to rate authenticity but it sure as heck tasted great. I had steak gallanitos (corn empanadas smothered in some amazing tomatillo sauce), a lengua street taco (yeah it’s cow tongue and that was weird but it was good), and my wife got the BYU discount menu enchilada.
Service was great, restaurant wasn’t crowded or loud, music was an appropriate volume, and we really enjoyed ourselves.
I saw a review from a couple weeks ago saying they didn’t take cards. Not sure what was going on then because they definitely took my Discover card yesterday.“

“Fui al de Springville ase unos días y siempre todo está bien y la cajera en la mañana bien buena y siempre con una sonrisa pero ese día fuimos en la tarde después de las 6pm y fue un error. Los que están en la tarde se ven que no les gusta el trabajo y un muchacho creo que se llama Iván en su cellular ignorando mi pregunta. Mi esposo también no le gusta ir en la tarde por que no tratan bien a la gente. Necesitan una clase en cómo comportase con la gente. Nunca más regresamos en la tarde.“

“I highly recommend this place! The food is delicious, authentic, and always fresh. The owner is extremely nice and makes you feel like you've walked into your best friend's house for an amazing meal. I love the cocteles, quesabirrias, mojaras, and their Horchata, Jamaica, and Tamarindo water. The staff is also very friendly. It has become our go-to spot every Sunday.“
