“I went to lunch with my Father-In-Law and I ordered the Loco Combo which comes with 3 gringas (ayooo) and a drink. The carne asada, chicken, and pastor meats were delicious and the salsa bar was fresh. Must try Mexican food if you’re in Provo.“

“The food was absolutely delicious. The family enjoyed all of their food/orders. I got the Sonora Style burrito and it was huge, delicious and filled to the brim. Wife and daughter each got a carne asada quesadilla and there was so much cheese and the meat was so tender, juicy and flavorful. My son got the carne asada nachos and he devoured every last chip and helped finish off the last bites of quesadillas. The people working were very nice and the location was very easy to find and get to. Highly reccomend.“

“My girlfriend and I were really impressed and surprised that this place wasn't as popular as the food deserves. You've got to try this!!
I ordered the Morita dish with a side of red rice and spaghetti. Spaghetti was whatever yet the DEEP, SMOKY FLAVOR OF THE MORITA SAUCE WAS AMAZING!! After they brought chips and salsa to the table, and their red salsa had a dash of smoky flavor, I had high hopes for this dish, and they didn't disappoint! We'd love to know how they got their chicken so tender.
My girlfriend got the Mole Poblano dish, and loved it as well.

“So friendly and great food, favorite is the chicken green chile salad, which I can't find anywhere else. I wish they'd open a store again in the Salt Lake valley. I'd go more often, but it's a bit of a drive (30 min plus).“

“Fui al de Springville ase unos días y siempre todo está bien y la cajera en la mañana bien buena y siempre con una sonrisa pero ese día fuimos en la tarde después de las 6pm y fue un error. Los que están en la tarde se ven que no les gusta el trabajo y un muchacho creo que se llama Iván en su cellular ignorando mi pregunta. Mi esposo también no le gusta ir en la tarde por que no tratan bien a la gente. Necesitan una clase en cómo comportase con la gente. Nunca más regresamos en la tarde.“

“I highly recommend this place! The food is delicious, authentic, and always fresh. The owner is extremely nice and makes you feel like you've walked into your best friend's house for an amazing meal. I love the cocteles, quesabirrias, mojaras, and their Horchata, Jamaica, and Tamarindo water. The staff is also very friendly. It has become our go-to spot every Sunday.“

“Always love the food at cafe Rio. I will say though, my husband and I have noticed a big change in employee excitement since cafe rio’s early days in Utah. There was definitely a vibe. The cafe Rio that used to be right by the old movies 8 theater was full of happy employees who would always make you smile. Now they all seem like they are definitely at work and tired of asking “black or pinto”. No matter the location. It doesn’t stop us from eating there, but it does take a star away.“

“This is my FAVORITE Mexican place to eat! I love the food and specially the people, owners and employees are so friendly every time. Fernando was the cashier, he was so polite. They have a ton of variety of sauces. The food has good portions and is fast and fresh. And such a good playlist. Thank you so much Fernando and chefs!“
