Sawyer is the single best employee I've encountered at a fast food restaurant before. Genuinely a fantastic worker, helpful, genuine and hard working. I've worked in fine dining restaurants and would have killed for an employee like him there. This is my first time eating at arby's in more than 6 years after repeated bad experiences, and tonight cleared the slate!

This location is close to home and work so I end up here, but I’d rather drive to one further away. This hasn’t been a recent thing- several years have shown poor service and food. I was given a gift card, but have been told I can’t use it 3 separate times in April 2024 because “the system is offline”.
