“We took our conference participants to Chubbys last night. We had the best time! The servers were so nice, helpful and incredibly attentive! The food was so ymmy! Everyone that came commented on how wonderful the food and service was. Mark was great to work with and made our conferece wonderful! Thank you so much for a SUPERB experience! “while I LOVE this place = food is fantastic, healthy...delicious etc I appreciated seeing the GREEN straws, made of paper, rather than plastic. however... They use Styrofoam for the smoothies which is may be more of an environmental impact than the straw subject. my other smoothie place, orange peel, doesn't use Styrofoam, So it's possible to avoid! I hope Tropical Smoothie can get away from Styrofoam in the near future.“

“I had what could have been an awful experience, but the women I talked to at the Riverton Panera were amazing! I ordered through the app for a delivery (which then goes through door dash). The expected time for delivery came and went. As expected, I was frustrated. All that the app told me was there was a delay and that the order had been prepared. When I called, they explained that a dasher came to pick it up, but ended up stealing it. My task was then to call door dash and have them send a refund to Panera so they can remake the order. So I did. It was inconvenient but pretty easy all things considered. I called Panera back and they explained that they would get right on it. Well. It had been a while again so I was about to call them again and see what the status was. Next thing I know, there is a Panera employee (not a dasher) walking up with my food! She was so kind and apologized for all the inconvenience! I get it! None of that was their fault. It was on that original dasher. Anyway. All that to say, I’m super grateful for the employees who helped today! They were super helpful and made everything happen so I still got my food! THANK YOU!“
