“Super easy to order online and order was ready by the time promised upon completing the order. Smoothie was a beautiful fuscha color and so yummy! Pricepoint was great considering it was a rare healthy eats option located in a truck stop. The only negative was actually finding the place. The black text on the store front signage was difficult to spot during the daytime. Also there was not noticable signage directing to the little drive thru pickup window, unless you were at the side of the building with the actual window.

“Music was hip hop not my favorite music to listen to while eating. The food was ok we just got back from Santorini Greece so we were expecting Greek food, it is not real Greek food . I felt it was a bit expensive for 2 of us cost $40.00 and has what they call a Greek salad it is not a Greek salad .
Probably won't go back again . But that's just me I was expecting Greek food I guess it is Greek but American style“

“This review is long overdue as I've been coming here for over a year and it is my favorite! The food is so good time and time again. As someone who loves Indian food and tries to eat it in every city I visit, this is by far the best I've had! Everyone here is so kind and generous. I cannot recommend this place enough. 20/10. The toppings area was clean, which was nice since there was some traffic. The waffle cone bowl was free since it was Wednesday! But to my utter disappointment, the cones were stale. Being in a dry region, there is no excuse for it. I had to bend my waffle bowl in half to get a piece to break off! No bueno.“

“Nice place and very good food, very tasty. Definitely wants to go back again to try another dish. Seafood paella it is pretty good, the waiting time was a little longer, but worth it.“

“I’m a regular at Aubergine because first and foremost, the food quality far exceeds most other restaurants, especially in the fast-casual space. They don’t use any refined sugars or inflammatory oils in their food, and you can really taste the difference in the deliciousness of the dishes and and in how you feel afterwards. From bowls, plates, smoothies, açaí bowls, and more, you really can’t go wrong with the wondrous variety of color and flavor that they have. The visible kitchen area is clean and tidy and the workers are attentive and friendly. I wish Aubergine locations were as common as McDonalds across the US.“

I had cash in my pocket but I was $2 short so I asked them to take off 1 meal and they did and charged me for just the 1 meal. Then when Scottie handed me my bag there were 2 meals in the bag! “I went for the first time this week because it’s Wizarding week and wanted the Harry Potter ones. I went in said I had never been there and asked if any of them had peanuts in them. I was told yes, but that they could custom that one so I could still get it which they did and the guy that was working was very cautious to make sure they were safe for me. “I've lived in the SLC/Holladay area for 4+ years and this is the best coffee this side of town! They have a drive thru(only) and the menu is pretty simple. The barista is super helpful and down to Earth. I seriously won't go anywhere else, it's the best coffee around here.

“It's like a Cafe Rio or Costa Vida but with baked potatoes, fries, or mashed potatoes as your base. It is kind of like a baked potato bar. They have a flavor station for your basic soda drink with lots of flavor options. (Pump bottles). We'll go back. Only store of it's kind.“

“Basically an Asian Chipotle...thought it was great. You choose bowl, Bahn mi wrap (burrito), tacos, etc...choose your meat and toppings. You can see the food getting cooked fresh behind. Everything tasted good and fresh, good flavor. Seating inside and out in a nice space. Will be back again.“

“We love eating here. The sushi is fantastic, and they do a great job keeping us safe as celiacs who eat gluten free. Everything here is so good. My kids love the tuna sashimi, it has a texture like butter. My husband loves the steak and noodles (not gluten free) and I can't get enough of their sushi rolls. We've never gotten sick here even once, which is a huge win as people with celiac.
