“What a delicious Flavorful gem this is. The staff were incredible and polite. It's my wife and I first time checkin this place out and it was screaming 5 stars. The food is fresh and Flavorful. The chicken to the goat and lamb were all tender and not dry at all.
✔️Butter chicken was perfect and a mild spice and so creamy. The chicken is tender and melts in your mouth.
✔️Aloo veggie curry was perfectly cooked and so Flavorful. With a hint of spice (very mild splice level). Spice levels ranged from Mild Medium and Spicy!
The lamb was so delicious as well is the goat. We tried to get a variety of dishes but we are making sure we come bk with family to try more dishes!
Naan bread made fresh and the flavors of all of them are fantastic. Butter garlic & cheese ? delicious!
*portions of food you get are large. One order feeds 2 maybe people.
The staff were so kind and took time to let us know about specials they have going on. Also communicating spice levels to better suit your taste.

“My wife and I recently moved to the Midvale area. We are now frequent customers of Great India. Tonight we ordered their Great India Special Appetizer, the Garlic Cheese Naan, and an order of Chicken Vindaloo (spicy). The flavor is incredible and the food so fresh. We talked with the owners (yep - locally owned, a big plus) and learned that they prepare the Naan when it's ordered, not heated up from earlier in the day. Its obvious! We couldn't recommend a restaurant more highly. Really one our favorites.“

“The food has great flavors. I was very impressed and it exceeded my expectations. I don't understand how it wasn't busier on a Friday night around dinner time. Maybe people just don't realize how good it is or the word hasn't gotten out. ??♀️ We ordered the pepper chicken, tikka masala, butter chicken, onion naan, and rice pudding. Everything was good but especially the pepper chicken and tikka masala. I definitely recommend giving it a try!“

“we had the garlic pita bread, chicken marsala and the shrimp something, as well as the sweet balls for desert. Never before have I liked EVERYTHING! this is my first time for Indian food and will definitely be back. oh we had kind of a dumpling too as an appetizer, I would go back just for that! Great staff, incredible food, good price, fast service. 10 stars!“

“The owners of this restaurant have gone out of their way to be kind and generous with their portions and the food is delicious and they’re very personable and you will not be disappointed. If you go to this restaurant it is incredible and they do Nepali and Indian cuisine.
Raj, has been so personable and kind and it has been a great addition to our East Sandy area to have this restaurant. Karuwaa Express is a must try place. !!“

“So I didn’t like curry for the longest time, but I finally got it back! These group of people know how to cook this up! I enjoyed the chicken masala! HOLY COW!!! So delicious! Only sad thing is, I asked for spicy, wasn’t that spicy ?!! I highly recommend this place if you need a good curry restaurant!“

“Really enjoyed my lunch here. The server was very helpful in helping me pick something for lunch. I like spicy food and requested 4* out of 5* for heat and she talked me down to 3*, which was the right level. The garlic naan was great as well. I'll be coming back to try more of their dishes.“

“I have been a few times and really like this place. I've had a coworker specifically ask me to take him back to this place. It is hard to find a good thin and crispy pizza crust and this place has it. Pizza at most places are all flop. The flavors are great and unique and I'm craving this place again now. I'll definitely be coming back.“

“Cleanest Indian restaurant I’ve been to. The ambiance is warm and inviting. The food here is so delicious! I usually get a spice level of mild so I can taste all the different herbs and spices. The Malabar Fish Curry is incredible! I really like the brown rice option, and it’s always cooked to perfection. Frank and the staff are always helpful and the service is consistently good.“
