“We literally drive 15 minutes each way, past three other snow cone shops, to come here every day! The snow comes are by far the best ever, even better then Hawaiian shaved ice in Hawaii!! EVERY member of the staff is super friendly and considerate, and they have great prices! We've been coming here for three weeks now, and have already filled up three and a half Punch cards! We love this place, highly recommended!!!“

“This is a pretty nice place. The Barn offers some unique items. Plus, they have a good selection of ice cream. My only complaint is the size of their facility. It's just too darn small. Oh...and they don't offer any indoor seating. Yet, overall, it's a fun place to visit.“

The water level in my pool was decreasing rather quickly and when I reached out to Mike he was able to have a tech come out the next day. I wasn’t going to be home during the time of service but the tech was able to do everything as needed. Leaks were fixed and recommendations provided!“

“Crumbl in Springville always has the best staff who greet you and and are willing to help with any questions. Their cookies look like the pictures most of the time. The strawberry skillet cookie didn't have any strawberries on top and it was just a big blob of the cream in the middle. This was the first time I've ever had an issue with the appearance of a cookie. I will definitely return to this location again. One less than perfect appearance of a cookie won't change my mind about how delicious they are. Hey! Looks are everything 😉“

“The cutest little ice cream shop! 🍦 Their glass bottled sodas, made with real cane sugar, are absolutely delicious. 🥤 My personal favorites would have to be the play dough ice cream, or their fresh berry 🍓🫐 milk shakes topped w/whipped cream! “I ate here today by myself. I sat by the tv and stuck in my headphones and watched Star Wars while I ate. The food was great. Nothing like a good butter burger on your day off. The fries were crinkle cut and fresh. I really like the house made diet root beer. I finished the meal with a double scoop chocolate custard cone. Friendly staff, homey atmosphere, clean tables.“

The young man behind the counter was working as fast as he could, pretty awkward but he was trying his best.
What's going to give an extremely bad rating but I do understand that they were probably short-staffed.
