“The girls there were so nice to give me a sample of the different apple chips when I was there. I highly recommend the cinnamon sugar apples. My only complaint is that they don't also make sandwiches. I'm sure it would be amazing like everything else there.“

“The cutest little ice cream shop! 🍦 Their glass bottled sodas, made with real cane sugar, are absolutely delicious. 🥤 My personal favorites would have to be the play dough ice cream, or their fresh berry 🍓🫐 milk shakes topped w/whipped cream! YUM! 🤤 and the old fashioned rainbow watermelon suckers! 🍭 I could go on... lol. Go check it out! You won't regret it! 🙌“

“To the 2 ladies that worked the night of Oct 12 I wanted to say I am truly sorry. My course of action that evening was terrible and inexcusable. I was way too hasty and I lacked patience and I should have just waited. I feel very bad for what I did yet you two showed me kindness even for what I did. I am very thankful for that even though I felt like scum. Me and my family really enjoyed the cookies and I am thankful for what you guys did for me that day. “Crumbl in Springville always has the best staff who greet you and and are willing to help with any questions. Their cookies look like the pictures most of the time. The strawberry skillet cookie didn't have any strawberries on top and it was just a big blob of the cream in the middle. This was the first time I've ever had an issue with the appearance of a cookie. I will definitely return to this location again. One less than perfect appearance of a cookie won't change my mind about how delicious they are. Hey! Looks are everything 😉“

“I ate here today by myself. I sat by the tv and stuck in my headphones and watched Star Wars while I ate. The food was great. Nothing like a good butter burger on your day off. The fries were crinkle cut and fresh. I really like the house made diet root beer. I finished the meal with a double scoop chocolate custard cone. Friendly staff, homey atmosphere, clean tables.“

“This is a good quick place to grab a bite to eat. The interior is a bit out dated at this point and the teens behind the counter can do the job pretty well. I did have one worker distracted by a friend when i came in so it was a bit annoying to have to wait til they were done to finish the rest of my order we had started. Otherwise, my family loves their food and i enjoy their chicken strips with queso. I'll keep coming back for sure as it's very convenient.“

“We literally drive 15 minutes each way, past three other snow cone shops, to come here every day! The snow comes are by far the best ever, even better then Hawaiian shaved ice in Hawaii!! EVERY member of the staff is super friendly and considerate, and they have great prices! We've been coming here for three weeks now, and have already filled up three and a half Punch cards! We love this place, highly recommended!!!“
