The truffle mashed potatoes were delicious, with the truffle flavor really standing out without overpowering the dish. P.F. Changs was on point once again. If you haven't been, they do an American-asian fusion and it's great. However, in large part the 5 star review is due to the fact that this particular PF Changs plays host to Amethyst. Simply the best server of the year! The grace she displayed - otherworldly. Her timing - sublime. She made the experience for our party. If you have the means, I highly recommend.“

“I love almost everything here, and always go out of my way if I'm near one or see th we food truck! the one thing I did just have that was downright bizzar, and borderline gross was the Raspberry chicken. I'm curious if there is anyone thats gotten it more than once. I just sort of speed ate the chicken so I didn't waste the money, but couldn't handle the rice with that actual salad dressing, super sweet and tart sauce. then it also has blue cheese on it which is very strange, lol.“
