Great service, and while getting food items can take some time, the quality is always there!
I literally just pulled out of the drive-thru because I waited for 10 minutes and sat in the same spot the entire time. Every time I go to this particular Beans and Brews, I always have to wait at least 15 minutes in the drive thru. The purpose behind a drive-thru is to get our coffee fast! I would understand if they were busy or if it were a different product but it's a drink and there's usually only one person in line in front of me.

Based on the reviews, Beans & Brews Coffee House has fast and friendly staff, with drinks and food that are excellent quality and delicious. The Mr. B's and chi latte are delicious. The drive-thru is quick and efficient, and ordering through the app is easy for modifications. However, some visits have been disappointing. The iced mocha and croissant sandwich were tasteless, with the iced mocha tasting like milk with gritty powder and no coffee taste. The staff was not very welcoming; one Barista seemed confused and another did not smile or make eye contact. The main clock is broken. The windows are so tinted it looked like a strip club or closed. No one acknowledged a customer coming in, and there was no decaff. Stickers were free only if the app was downloaded.
