I ordered at the drive-thru and asked about the children's bean burrito. Asked if it came with cheese because if not, I wanted to add cheese. Was told yes it came with cheese, but it didn't. I asked for a diet Coke and he repeated the diet Coke but it turns out they only have Pepsi products. I couldnt see the drinks on the menu, so I asked him if it was a Coke product and he said yes. The guy practically shoved the food in my car and seemed like he was angry about having to work. I've had this service at this place before, so that was my last time. Decided to finally write a review. Also, if you look in the window, they don't wear gloves when they're preparing the food. That's really disgusting. And of course against health department and food handler rules. Not worth the money, and definitely not worth the attitude.

Disgusting. I went at 1:53 and they told me they were closed. I pulled up and waited a few minutes. I said hello and she said hi. I said hi, how are you? She said “yeahhhh we’re closed” . she just didn’t want to help me. They served the person in front of me and she said that it was because “DoorDash” I have NEVER been to Beto’s late at night before they are closed and been told otherwise: disgusting human who was lazy. There was plenty of time left to make one simple kids quesadilla. Disgusting customer service. I even questioned her about it and she told me I was wrong but the hours were literally posted. Poor lady. I would say fire her but I assume she needs this job. Just do better. Be a better human. She wasn’t even nice about it. Horrible social skills. Laziness and depression at its finest.

Holy cow, DO NOT go here. I ordered online, was charged, and when I got there, guess what? Oh, no order has come in. We don't have your food...When I asked if I could just order at the window, she said, "sure", so I asked for a menu, and she told me "It's back there in the drive through." One of the worst customer experiences I ever had.

Not sure who these reviewers think they are. People get seeds in their chile and leave a bad review. Someone didn’t get napkins? One star! Unhappy with portion sizes? One star! These people had a three or four star experience and have a 1 star personality. If you don’t like the bathrooms, use the drive through.
You’re going to an open late Mexican place, why do you expect a James beard experience?? Every time I’ve eaten here, the people have been nice, and the food has been good.

Ordered a beef taco and chile relleno combination, but got a chicken taco instead. The Chile relleno had the seeds still in the pepper making it way to hot to eat. The beans and rice were delicious.

I have come to this location three times four breakfast and have been extremely disappointed each time. I forked out the extra three or four bucks for the combo breakfast burrito and it was basically just full of sausage (cheap not good microwave sausage at that) not so much any of the other meats that I pay four dollars for adding insult to injury. The burrito is half the size of a breakfast burrito that you would expect from an establishment like this go to Rancherito’s 100%. I will never come back to betos because it is not a good value and I honestly feel like I gave them six more dollars than it was worth. Like seriously this thing is tiny for 13 bucks Shame on betos
