Drive through is in REALLY bad shape. The building isn’t fairing much better. Food is very inconsistent. Sometimes I get the big oversized burrito you expect from Betos. Sometimes I walk away with some Del taco looking crap. I also ask and pay for guac Everytime and don’t get it about 1/3 of the time. I’m finding it difficult to want to keep coming to yall over Alberto’s.

I give restaurant workers a lot of grace since it can be a hard industry to work in. The fact that they intentionally watered down their red sauce to the point that it absolutely ruined the food with how watery it was, was way too annoying for me to ignore. Not only do they cheap out on mixing copious amounts of tap water into their sauce, but they also forgot my drink (DoorDash order, but them forgetting is a regular occurrence) and placed about a teaspoon size amount of guacamole into my burrito despite paying way extra for it. Literally the only motivation to go here is because it’s nearby. Avoid this place if you can. For the record the workers are lovely people, I blame management for their shortcomings.

Good food but the prices advertised are NOT what you pay. I ordered a breakfast burrito, on their display it says $9.99. At the window to pay they said $11.39. I brought to their attention and her response was-I’m not in charge of that. Not very good business practice. Horrible customer service. The ONLY reason I come here is because it’s so close to my house.

i have come here for years and always order the super nachos. the portion size has been cut in half… for the same price. brought the food home to eat and saw how little i was served. i repeatedly tried to call the location and got nothing but a busy signal. very disappointing!
