Definitely won't be back to this D&B. Ordered brussel sprouts because I wasn't too hungry. When they came out the first time they were rock hard (1/10) and then told the waiter I need them cooked much softer and they came back out and was still hard (3/10). I told him they still needed cooked more and he didn't bother to fix it even though that's all I was eating literally. Then when my kids and I were playing games the waiter came and found us and made us give him our debit card...read full review
I wanted to watch Boxing on showtime ppv. You guys usually show it but on Saturday you guys didn’t show the boxing fight that was on Showtime pay-per-view, so everyone left and went to flankers.
We love coming back all the time! One of our favorite places to hang out. We have been saving up our tickets to buy the giant plush charmander from the prize shop just to find out they don’t have it anymore! Bring it back!!!!! We have enough tickets to buy it!!!!

Dave & Buster's Salt Lake City is a popular destination, known for great service and food. Friendly waiters and staff provide excellent service, even for large parties or during unexpected challenges like power outages or fire alarms. The food comes out quickly and is really good, as usual, although some dishes feel a little like pre-made portions. Salmon and chicken dishes are highlighted as being good. The facility stays clean, and staff handle difficult situations well, turning them into excellent guest service moments. While special events are recognized, not all celebrations receive special treatment. The bar experience can be inconsistent, with some staff refusing to make virgin daiquiris or Pina coladas, and drinks like the cruise special alcoholic drink may taste weak or watered down. Despite this, the atmosphere is fun and suitable for adults seeking a night out, and the games are super fun, with lots of arcade options including new racers and more technical games. The gift shop has helpful staff, and many guests would definitely return when in town. Parking, access, and security are good, making it a great choice for a night out.
It was so much fun! The place is lively with an arcade-meets-sports bar vibe that’s also family friendly. Kids and adults can enjoy playing games whenever they get restless at the table. The staff was amazing, and the server was very helpful. The food was great, exceeding expectations, and the overall cost is reasonable, even with the games. The experience is more teen and adult-focused, but kids are definitely welcome. Many guests have a great time here and would recommend visiting.
