No, they surprised me with my tinga taco, the tinga lacked tinga flavor but it was very good, the hand tortilla was very good. The green chilaquiles, the beans, they do have Mexican-style eggs.
Amazing food, amazing service!I used to come here maybe 10 years ago with my mom and it was bomb then and it is still so bomb now! The enchiladas are AMAZING 10/10 recommend for local, authentic food ?

So I'm not actually certain the prices matched the menu, but for 20 bucks I got enough homemade food for 2-3 meals and it all tasted amazing, so I wasn't about to quibble over it. Great food, great horchata, friendly waitstaff. It's definitely a hole-in-the-wall kind of place as far as ambiance goes, but I'll go back for sure.
