Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar offers a memorable dining experience with good food, a pleasant atmosphere, and excellent service. The restaurant is known for its social vibe, making it an ideal spot for groups. Recently, customers have praised the bone-in ribeye and New York strip for being perfectly cooked and mouth watering. The staff, including attentive servers like Jordan and Catherine, are friendly and accommodating, ensuring guests' needs are met without feeling overwhelmed. The chef, Ric, has been commended for preparing steaks with terrific flavor. On special nights like Tomahawk Tuesday, the restaurant offers plenty of food for sharing, including a full three-course meal that guests enjoy thoroughly. Many visitors also recommend trying the chocolate lava cake and Pina colada, which add to the overall enjoyable experience.
The food here is quite average, not sure what happened to this chain. Fleming's probably needs a menu revision or needs to change up the flavor profile because, for the price point and level of steakhouse it's supposed to be, it isn't cutting it. The steaks, including the filet minon and bone-in ribeye, are described as melting in your mouth and full of flavor, with many saying they are the best in Utah. The sides such as the Flemings potato, chipotle Mac and cheese, and mushrooms are highly recommended, especially the Mac and Cheese. The restaurant's atmosphere and service remain a strong point.
Wagyu, tomahawk steak, seafood tower, and espresso martinis were all delicious! The service is phenomenal. However, some customers mention that the seating can be a bit too close, making conversations overheard. Overall, diners leave satisfied and willing to return for the good steaks and drinks.
