“If I could give Josue more than 5-stars I would. I was upset over not getting chips that I had thought I ordered when ordering online. I noticed through the patience and kindness he gave I got my order wrong and had selected the whole pickle. I was upset because I ordered avocado spread to eat with the chips and I love the avocado spread by the way. Josue made everything right even if there was an error on my end :(, I felt so bad afterwards and he went above and beyond to send a driver to deliver me chips! Can you believe that!?! I definitely couldn’t until my awesome delivery driver Analicia came (my office was 5mins away) and delivered me literally a bag of chips. I had left a survey on my receipt when I was upset and I did click for them to contact me, when they do I will be giving a shoutout to this team member. Please give Josue a kudos from me and more importantly A RAISE. It’s people like him that keep loyal customers and makes me grateful I’m apart of your guys rewards! If you guys offered credit cards I think I would’ve signed up because of Josue alone. I’m a local in this area and I truly truly appreciate the patience, time and effort that was taken to give me an ear and make a loyal customer happy and more than satisfied! “We use this Jimmy Johns location at least three times a week for various client meetings-sometimes very large gatherings. The food is always correct, fresh and delicious. “I ordered a JJ Gargantuan. I made no customizations to the sandwich, other than "cut in half". The order was delivered without any oil, vinegar or oregano, and was not cut in half. Since the three items were missed, the sub was sub par. Definitely not pleased with the lack of attention to the details.“

Thank you for taking quick action on this issue.Just watched whoever drives the black jimmy johns truck hit her employees car and then walk back in like nothing happened. I had to inform the employee that his car was hit. Ridiculous!“

“This was my first Jimmy John's sub and it was hands down the best sandwich I've ever had! And I just had a sub from the regular menu. I can't wait to try the specialties!
Definitely my new go to for subs.
The staff worked fast to get the sandwiches finished.
