“I have been so impressed by their customer service! I had a few problems and they were quick to make things right. Thry went the extra mile to take care of me and give me extra things. I was very upset and they took the opportunity to impress not just me but my co-workers and do some great PR. Thank you!

“The night staff seems to always remember me and i love it haha. They are very nice people, and honestly just the best jimmy johns in the valley. Next to my favorite card shop, it’s my go to at least once a week. They know how to make my sandwich just right!“

“Went at a really busy lunch time on a weekday and got really quick service nevertheless! Have been to some that aren’t “freaky fast” even when nearly empty, so this was a great experience! Always love the food, so can’t go wrong there!“
“I ordered a JJ Gargantuan. I made no customizations to the sandwich, other than "cut in half". The order was delivered without any oil, vinegar or oregano, and was not cut in half. Since the three items were missed, the sub was sub par. Definitely not pleased with the lack of attention to the details.“

Thank you for taking quick action on this issue.Just watched whoever drives the black jimmy johns truck hit her employees car and then walk back in like nothing happened. I had to inform the employee that his car was hit. Ridiculous!“
“It's Jimmy John's, good sandwiches and the location was competently run with excellent service.
Minor ding for being right on a major road, traffic noise kept bleeding in.
-I was offered a small discount on food for posting a review, something i planned to do regardless. I do not think that has changed my review score, but disclosure is important.“
