I had a couple of missing items in 2 orders and Sierra (the store manager) personally reached out to me and made the situation right. I'm honestly taken back by her professionalism, customer service skills and dedication to correct mistakes. Jimmy John's is really lucky to have her as a manager of that store.
Big fan of Jimmy John’s in general. But I especially appreciate this location. Super friendly staff who greet me every time I come in. I always order the same thing and at this point they all know my order and commonly have my order ready before I’ve even paid. Definitely my favorite Jimmy John’s because of the incredible customer service I receive every single time I go.
