Very poor service. Ordered from the online store, after a week of waiting the order never showed up. The payment went through my bank the day of making the order and I was emailed an order number but after calling to see what was going on we found out that the order was never put in the “system”. We were told that it would be another week before it would be shipped to us. They offered to have the owner call us to explain/resolve the problem. Still waiting to hear from them.
I have a severe egg intolerance and finding egg free baked goods is hard. A friend recommended this bakery. I ordered the vegan cinnamon rolls, shipped. Arrived today, they're awesome! My only request: there needs to be an option to order double frosting!
Oh my gosh!!! I got the carrot cake at Natural Grocers and it is the best I have ever had!!! Thank you so much from a vegan!
