3 stars all around, not sure how I feel about this one. They are very kind though, food quality is almost par but something was off.
This is my go-to spot in the SLC airport. Fire Tofu is consistent; can add soy and hot sauce to pump up the flavor; free refills at the coke machine. If you have time to kill, recommend doing it here.
The food came in literally one minute which was great. But extremely disappointing pile of rice with a puddle of soggy tofu on the side.
Absolutely worth the walk to Cafe Rio in concourse A.
