“I just barely gave a mostly negative review to this Subway due to my most recent online order experience with them. They also deserve a positive review for a past experience Ive had with them that they deserve credit for. A month ago I made an online order for a sub and when I went to drive and pick it up, my cars ignition died and I wasnt able to pick up my order. For the next 3 days the staff worked with me constantly to assure that I would recieve my order and I was able to pick it up that following Sunday morning. So I just wanted to give a positive experience review for them as well. Ao again thank you Subway staff for the service you do provide to normal joes like me.“
“As someone who's worked at subway for years before, Alejandro is an incredible sandwich maker. I hope a manager sees this, as this person deserves immense praise. At the end of a long 10 hour shift, they still gave incredible customer service, held conversation and were very kind, and had the best sandwich making I've seen from dozens of subways. I will be returning because of this incredible person.“
“I work nearby so I've come by very often in the past year. The food is good but the place gets 5 stars for the stellar costumer service I receive from the amazing ladies that work here. Every visit without failure I'm greeted kindly, spoken to with patience, and when it's busy, I've seen them work extremely efficiently and fast. Just wow. 10/10“
“It's subway the food is okay, but the girls that work here are amazing!!! We work across the street and there not many food options but these girl know what we want as soon as we walk in and the already know th wrap are sandwiches half's separate. They are always super fast and friendly! Definitely one of my favorite subways locations as far freshness too! Hardly any old veggies ever!“
“This was the best Subway service I have had! Thank you to Luis and Jeramiah. A smile goes a LONG way. Both of these gentleman had perfect customer service. My fiance and I were also very please with the sandwiches we ordered. HIGHLY recomend the honey mustard BBQ chicken on the ghost pepper bread. 10/10 . The seating area was neat and mostly clean (only a few wrappers on the floor).“
“This Subway has excellent ownership and it shows. All ingredients are well maintained, clean store, Soda fountain has a good syrup ratio, and conveniently located for U of U. Great job guys! I frequent this place and it’s probably one of the best subways in the nation.“
“We were very happy with our experience here at this Subway. The young woman, Nataly, was great and very quick with the food. She knew what she was doing and helped us right away. She was also very patient and kind. This location is a bit hard to turn into but it was clean and friendly.“

“I had the best experience here at this location. I am very particular about how I want my sandwich. They made it just the way I asked and quickly. I said extra pepper, and I GOT extra pepper. You guys are fantastic!!!
Vegetarian options: I am not a vegetarian, but I often do Meatless Monday's and I love their Veggie sandwich!!“
“I just enjoyed a delicious teriyaki chicken at Subway and every time I go I am served by an excellent worker. I always see him working hard and always happy. He told me his name is Enrique. He is very fast at making sandwiches. He never disappoints me when I go because I have a 30-minute break and he serves me very quickly and that's why I give him 5 stars. Thank you Enrique for your effort.“
“This is the second time I've been to this subway. It was nice and quiet because it was memorial day. Everything was spotless. The worker their helped me immediately and it was quick. All the ingredients were fresh and I had a great sandwich while looking over state Street. Which reminds me that I love this location.
Vegetarian options: It's subway so the veggie delight is a great deal for vegetarians and of course you can pick your own.“
“Robert and Sophia are absolutely amazing people. The sandwiches they make for me was superb. I had a turkey sandwich a few times and it’s just amazing. Sophia is on point and is very helpful. Robert has mad me sandwiches also and does a fantastic job. I’m so glad they are 24 hours before Covid they closed at midnight or earlier it was a bummer it’s kind of nice when u can be open for customers so that they can get late night meals. So convenient that I will be coming here for years to come I won’t go to the one in my location they close way to early. This one is super chill nice and very friendly. Thank u for making this a pleasant experience. Much thanks they deserve some raises for sure keep that in mind also Jesus is super nice and very friendly always on point with making my sandwiches he does very well he deserves a raise also I would like to mention Christy she is absolutely amazing speaks very good Spanish I try and speak to her because she speaks very little so I try and translate or speak the language she speaks she does phenomenal and i love coming here she deserves a raise also so grateful for this subway for how hard they work they do a great job thank u again for everything god bless“

“The staff are willing to correct mistakes. Ordered 3 footloongs, first 2 were correct but 3rd was given a six inch on a pickup order wife and i checked our sandwiches in the car and i walked back in, showed the receipt and bag they just made us a brand new footlong on the spot was pretty content with resolution. Also pickup orders are fast you can take advantage of all the promos.“
“Very plain and old design, location really needs a remodel, it is also hard to find and for any future people needing to find this location, it is inside st marks hospital and you enter from the south side of the hospital about midway down at the main entrance(not ER entrance). They were out of most items and only one bread type… however the gentleman working was great and gave us a couple laughs. Food we got was good however cucumber tasted a bit off, still wouldn’t say avoid this location however be careful going to this location.“
“I come almost every Sunday to order from the two gentlemen that I would consider sandwich gods. They care about their work, they take pride in serving their community, but most of all, they are so friendly and provide the best subway experience you could ever get. Those 2 gentlemen are the highlight of my Sunday lunch and I will continue to come every Sunday to get the best sandwich from the best sandwich artists here in SLC.“
