Customer service is excellent.The people getting my food were super nice. I have had the same gal when I pay fir the past several visits. She knows what she is doing, she is super friendly and very quick to keep the line moving. I don't know her name but she is awesome! Her name may be Reagan.
This is truly the worst cafe Rio location if you want actually good food.. if you have the time, take yourself to the next closest location in fort union. Employees always rush making the food, the burritos are always so dry, half the time when I order takeout they forget a key ingredient in the burrito (like beans?). The employees are nice, which is great, but I actually like to enjoy my food.
Understaffed, not sure what else to say at this point, I hope it gets better
