I am BEYOND disappointed with this location. I placed an order through ez cater on 3/9/26 for 10 dozen donuts on 3/13/26. They accepted the order. The day of the event, 3 hours before, I get an email that they have canceled, leaving me scrambling to reconfigure a retirement party for an employee. I order catering a few times a month for our employees and I have never experienced anything like this before. It's unprofessional, inconsiderate, and frankly bad buisness. I received six donuts from a dozen order of Christmas donuts that I placed. None of the donuts provided was anywhere near what was supposed to be provided. Customer service when I called was also horrible as I was hung up on.
this place is way overpriced you can actually go to the store and do the same things they do for 10 bucks $35 I spent for a shake and two stuffed donuts prices are ridiculous the atmosphere sucks I do not recommend this for anybody unless you are rich and just want to waste your money never will step foot in this place again
