We always enjoy a visit to Hokulia. Been going since they first opened up in Provo across from BYU. Used to get shave ice in Utah while visiting as a kid. Then it seemingly disappeared and you could only get imitations! So when Hokulia came around, it was a great thing. Love it with the ice cream. Here's our latest trip!
Feels like being on an island eating some of this snow

Hokulia Shave Ice offers amazing snow cones with a wide variety of flavors and add-ons. The customer service is exceptional, with the owners going above and beyond to satisfy cravings, even delivering to the car. Despite the long wait times for orders, the giant and delicious shaved ice is definitely worth it. Located deep in Saratoga Springs, it's a fabulous spot to enjoy with friends and family all summer long.
