Was trying to order through the app but it wasn’t taking any of our cards so we went in to get help and was immediately greeted by a rude employee. The guy in front of us was a dasher and asked nicely if he can grab his order and she rudely said “Just take it whatever!” I knew when it was our turn we were gonna have to deal with that attitude. I ordered everything pretzel bites with beer cheese to go. I asked for NO honey mustard and paid for an extra cup of beer cheese. I received a half filled cup of beer cheese and a half filled cup of honey mustard and didn't receive the extra cup of beer cheese I paid for. It was NOT busy when we picked up the order and there were at least 5 employees standing around at the front. This wasn't a difficult order and was still done completely wrong.
I Enjoy Buffalo Wild Wings and this location does a fine job. They always take care of you here and if something isn't quite right they immediately make it right. Thats all one can ask for at this type of establishment.
