“Customer Service Manager Nikki went above and beyond to make our visit a wonderful experience. We had joined the online waitlist expecting to be seated around 7 p.m., but since it was such a busy night, our wait stretched about 30 minutes longer. During that time, my very pregnant daughter began feeling unwell. Nikki noticed and immediately brought us fresh rolls and ice water while we waited outside, making her more comfortable. She even managed to get us seated sooner than expected.
