Normally I like to come here and eat. I gave it a good star rating because the girl who helped me. Do my order was very nice, very sweet. But it seems like the manager was yelling her and made her cry. Don't like that. If you're a manager, you need to understand your employees and be nice. I get it. It could be frustrating sometimes cause I used to be an assistant manager at my job, but to make your employees cry, it's not nice. I came this morning through the driver through and a employee named Alma N she had great customer service and I liked that she told me that the food was taking a bit long due to cook to order but I love coming here because there food is still fresh and fast!!

Based on the reviews, this Carl's Jr. location is a favorite for many customers. The store is always described as very clean with fresh food. The food is made to order, and the team members are always happy, friendly, and nice. The General Manager (GM) is always there to help customers, and team members like Alma are always moving and helping the team stay on top. One customer had a bad experience at a nearby restaurant but found the staff at this Carl's Jr. to be super nice and patient. Even when busy, a worker with pretty blonde/white braids remained friendly and did an excellent job. The service is fast, and customers never have a problem with their orders. It is considered the best fast food service in South Salt Lake for seniors and all, with friendly service with smiles and great prices on MARCH'S 2026 Meals. The team here really seems to care about their customers, which is something that is wholeheartedly appreciated.
