“Wow! Burgers are great. They are big and loaded with toppings. The fries are cooked to perfection. Fry sauce is great. And the onion rings!! Yum. Great prices. Staff are very friendly and the place is super clean. Wish they had Coke products.

“Highly recommend as I eat at the Springville IHOP several times a week. Always great food. Several times, sat back and observed while it was very busy (being that I am a server)--intuitive and attentive service from the team of staff, which seems to foster a welcoming friendly vibe and environment- top notch. Props to the cooks. Sirloin tips are always a treat. (What happened to them cool blue neon lights that used to be up top?)

“I’m here to eat all the time and usually get good service. The employees today were super nice especially the girl at the window but we got overcharged on our food nearly 10 bucks try to explain to The manager after she was already rude to my husband and told him he wasn’t overcharged that two chicken nuggets that are supposed to be five dollars and a large fry do not come to 19 bucks.Then she says oh my F@&$”) god and finally refunds my money ,after arguing about it with her three or four times. Totally unprofessional. She needs to take a lesson from her employees and learn some manners. Highly unimpressed with her unprofessionalism. Kudos to the employees fo having to put up with bad management and still keep a smile on their face.“
