“Stopped in to try a new place and take my mother to lunch our waitress Alexis was very patient helpful and attentive and gave plenty of good suggestions food was a little different but definitely good never had to ask for more drinks or anything else or wonder where Alexis went to after she even boxed and bagged everything up for us good place good food and good service she was definitely on the ball a great waitress and very kind“

“Saigon Café in Provo is one of our absolute favorite spots. This family-owned gem has become a go-to for me and John—the food is consistently hot, fresh, and authentic. The staff is incredibly friendly and often interacts with us like we’re part of the family, which makes the experience even better.
We’ve even placed takeout orders right at closing, and they’ve still graciously taken care of us, which we’ve really appreciated! Our go-to dishes are the lemon chicken and the yellow curry—both are packed with flavor and always satisfying. Highly recommend supporting this local spot!“

“I have only ever had an extremely positive experience at this restaurant! The food is fantastic, they give you so much and it is worth every penny! Also, Michael Richins is DEAD WRONG. If a Chinese restaurant brings out their own version of chips and salsa, fried wonton wrappers with sweet and sour sauce, that is a huge green flag!!“

“Staff were very kind and everything was delicious! I recommend the spicy beef broth and the chicken broth. My friend really liked the home-cooked noodles. Awesome hotpot place!

“Great selection and the food was awesome. Prepare to either point to menu items or be patient. I had a difficult time ordering, but I also have a little bit of a hearing issue.
We ordered enough food for 4 adults and had some extra. The leftovers were just as good as always.And I can't wait to go back!“

Within the first two seconds of entering, this was a start contrast from the Provo BYU one.
I was greeted by the cashier who was helping a customer. The girl in the corner wiping down tables welcomed me as well.
Both of them came over to serve me and the other customer who came in immediately after me. They were friendly, nice, and welcoming.
The food was hot and I was very pleased. Thank you guys!!“
“This place single handedly restored my love for Panda. Several terrible experiences with the Provo location just about dissuaded me from ever going back to Panda, however, one cold fall day the chow mein was smelling pretty fire in the cafeteria so I gave Panda another go. The female employee was so energetic and nice and gave me a solid portion of the best tasting Panda I’ve had in a while. What’s more I looked in the bag and to my surprise there was two fortune cookies! This is my favorite Panda location.“

“I have always loved Panda express. It is one of my go tos. The service is great and fast, the workers are friendly and helpful, and the food is delicious. I recently had some food door dashed and the dasher forgot my drinks. I called Panda Express and asked them what I could do and they said I could come pick up the drinks and they threw in a free plate for the trouble. It was very generous and I appreciated how kind and helpful they were. 5 stars for me:)“

“came here yesterday after work because i was hungry and felt like panda, i went inside to order because i also had to use the bathroom. but they helped me out pretty quickly for making a bigger order that was ahead of me, and the customer service was great and the food looked really good and they gave me great portion sizes they have me enough chow mein and the honey sesame chicken. the inside was nice and clean as well, and i will come back if i’m ever hungry after work again. would recommend this one over the one in saratoga where i live any day.“
