“Went to celebrate the birth of my son, my pride and joy. Jake was our server and did an excellent job. It was our first time and he guided us through the menu very well. He went as far as to bring us a free dessert which was very kind! He even brought an extra fortune cookie for my son, even though he can’t eat (He’s a stuffed bear)“

“Saigon Café in Provo is one of our absolute favorite spots. This family-owned gem has become a go-to for me and John—the food is consistently hot, fresh, and authentic. The staff is incredibly friendly and often interacts with us like we’re part of the family, which makes the experience even better.
We’ve even placed takeout orders right at closing, and they’ve still graciously taken care of us, which we’ve really appreciated! Our go-to dishes are the lemon chicken and the yellow curry—both are packed with flavor and always satisfying. Highly recommend supporting this local spot!“

“Just moved into the area and my kids wanted Chinese food for dinner this last Saturday evening. I’m gluten free, with Celiac’s… and called before placing an order for pick-up, to ensure they could make my food with no gluten nor contamination. The girl told me they could for the food I would be ordering… so I hung up with her and placed my order. I went to pick up and the two women who greeted me were so incredibly sweet! One outlined all the dishes they could make gluten free, so I could take a new updated menu home. And the other one walked me out - assisting me with my order… to my car! I get home and I was completely impressed with the level of care shown to my food! Everything gluten containing was wrapped in plastic bags and separated from my gluten free food! The best part, I’m eating leftovers as I type… I haven’t had any reaction!! This will be our families go-to at our new home!! What a gem!“

“Staff were very kind and everything was delicious! I recommend the spicy beef broth and the chicken broth. My friend really liked the home-cooked noodles. Awesome hotpot place!

“Great selection and the food was awesome. Prepare to either point to menu items or be patient. I had a difficult time ordering, but I also have a little bit of a hearing issue.
We ordered enough food for 4 adults and had some extra. The leftovers were just as good as always.And I can't wait to go back!“

“We love Panda for an affordable meal for our family. This location was especially attentive to our needs and offered extra plates and things without us having to ask! They kept our large family's order straight and were fast. They even followed up with us on their service at the end of our meal. Thanks for the great lunch!“
“This place single handedly restored my love for Panda. Several terrible experiences with the Provo location just about dissuaded me from ever going back to Panda, however, one cold fall day the chow mein was smelling pretty fire in the cafeteria so I gave Panda another go. The female employee was so energetic and nice and gave me a solid portion of the best tasting Panda I’ve had in a while. What’s more I looked in the bag and to my surprise there was two fortune cookies! This is my favorite Panda location.“

“I have always loved Panda express. It is one of my go tos. The service is great and fast, the workers are friendly and helpful, and the food is delicious. I recently had some food door dashed and the dasher forgot my drinks. I called Panda Express and asked them what I could do and they said I could come pick up the drinks and they threw in a free plate for the trouble. It was very generous and I appreciated how kind and helpful they were. 5 stars for me:)“
