“This is by far the best Crumbl location I’ve been to. We came right before close the other day and the owner was working. Although they were out of a couple flavors, they took care of us by giving us a discount + free cookies to make up for the shortage. Cookies were delicious. A+ service“

“This location is about 95% of the time good. I love me a good sweet treat but sometimes they just don’t taste right or they’re not warm or cold like they’re supposed to be. But I love me a sweet treat every now and then!“

“Today I called in an order to ship to my son. The employee that answered the phone took her time to walk me through the whole process and get me set up so that I can do further orders online. I really appreciate it the fact that she took her time and didn’t feel like we had a rush in order for her to get to a different task. Awesome customer service today.“

“Was quick and easy to order online and then pick up through the drive thru. The cookies were delicious. Beach bum and pineapple whip were extra good.
Agreed with another reviewer, they ask for a tip even with the online order. I did everything myself, there's no person to tip for doing anything.“

“The snowcones and flavoring were great, but I think the cream was just sweet and condescend milk which I didn’t love. Anything added to the snowcone such as ice cream, cream, coconut, etc. has an up charge on top of the already expensive ($5 for a medium) snowcone. Tropical Sno in Salem has free add ons at a lower price.
However, the snowcones themselves were wonderful. The flavoring was great, there was a lot of flavoring so it wasn’t just ice, and the ice was crushed enough to be soft like snow. I do think I’d come back here, but not something I’d frequent due to price and up charges.“
