“I have been going to this Jersey Mike's location weekly for months now, and I am always impressed by how great my experience has always been. The staff is always quick and efficient, but also kind and patient. I usually get a confusing and overly customized order, but they are great at giving me exactly what I want every time. The restaurant is always clean, even when it's busy and there are tons of people there. There can sometimes be a wait, but only if you go at peak lunch and dinner hours. This is very much expected, but even if there is a wait it's never been very long. The one down side to this location is parking. If you go when it's busy the parking lot is very full and hard to find a spot. Luckily they also have a drive up, so you don't have to get out of your vehicle. Ultimately this is a fantastic place to eat with great food and wonderful staff!“

“Just used the drive-thru here in Springville. Ordered 2 strawberry shakes, a crispy chicken & guac burrito meal for my husband, and 2 fish tacos for me. Over $18. Drove home, opened the bag, only the burrito and fries were there. That's about $7 worth of robbery. I've tried calling but they won't pick up the phone. I don't have time to go back today and I have NO LUNCH ! Not sure I want to give them any further business.
UPDATE: The manager phoned me the next day to offer me compensation for the missing fish tacos. She was very courteous and asked if there were any other concerns I had that might stop me from returning. The day after her call I received my voucher via email. This was a great response. I will definitely visit again soon! 😄“

“I’m here to eat all the time and usually get good service. The employees today were super nice especially the girl at the window but we got overcharged on our food nearly 10 bucks try to explain to The manager after she was already rude to my husband and told him he wasn’t overcharged that two chicken nuggets that are supposed to be five dollars and a large fry do not come to 19 bucks.Then she says oh my F@&$”) god and finally refunds my money ,after arguing about it with her three or four times. Totally unprofessional. She needs to take a lesson from her employees and learn some manners. Highly unimpressed with her unprofessionalism. Kudos to the employees fo having to put up with bad management and still keep a smile on their face.“

“I normally do not have a problem with this store. I have ordered delivery from the app many times. last time I ordered I got a message saying something was wrong with my card. I got lunch so where else. I noticed a pending charge for them. I thought the charge would go away when they realized that they never made my order. nope I got charged for a delivery to I never got. I called be and talked to a nice in young man and he took my information and said he someone would be back with me. so far nothing. I feel like I got robbed. I guess I made a donation to them. I am don't know maybe business is bad so they need my money. lesson learned“
