There was a mistake that was out of her control at the time but she still took care of me as the consumer. On top of loving their cookies, it helps when there are people like Michelle that look out for the customer and want us to come back. Great customer service!“

“Wheelchair accessibility: The space and ramp to parking are further from the door. The door is not easy to open with a manual chair. Once inside the aisles are wide, counter is high so difficult to see, payment was too high to reach and read the screen. In the seating area there is plenty of space between tables to move about and table height is great.“

It turned out MAGNIFICENT and was an incredible surprise for my now wife which she didn't expect because of the planning Kelly assisted with. “Absolutely love your cinnamon chip bread! Just moved to WA and going through withdrawals. It would be my special treat to myself from Costco. Loved it lightly toasted with a little butter! The Honey Whole Wheat bread is the best for sandwiches! Love how it is slightly chewy when toasted!“

“Tastys is hands down the best doughnut place in Utah. Other places honestly don’t come close. The temperature of the oil and the duration they fry them is perfect. They are not too big and not overly sweet which is a mistake most places make around here.

The owner is also super nice. Always giving my son and I free doughnuts.

No one’s a jerk when you first meet them. I mean, we’re all nice at the beginning. It’s only when you face a challenge together that you see someone’s true colors, for better or worse. And companies are exactly the same. So, I owe it to Crumbl to share this experience.

I had an issue with the desserts I ordered, so I visited their website, emailed the Layton location, and posted a review. Within a day, I received a kind and apologetic email from the owner. She explained her plan to make it right and followed through the same day!

After asking the owner to take care of my problem, I’ve seen her true colors, and here’s what I found: she cares about her customers. She's responsive, responsible, humble, and filled to the brim with integrity! I went from a guy with a problem with my order to now a loyal customer. That's impressive!“

“We love their oatmeal chocolate chip cookies. We don't go there too often but they do have good treats. We have gone there at all hours and they never seem to be overly crowded. So I believe any time they are open is a good time. However if you are looking for something specific you will want to get there when they open. Otherwise it may be gone when they close.

Parking: They do share a parking lot with other businesses. So be aware parking may be limited but you can park on the street side and walk within one minute.

“Yvette is such a sweetheart! I've only been in twice, but she still remembered me, which meant a lot! She is very genuine and makes not only great coffee, but fantastic breakfast bagel sandwiches!! Highly recommend! I'll definitely be back for more!“
