The lady which looked like to be owner was on the phone talking to a friend about having to fire a worker for not showing up or being late all the time never got off phone to service me as a customer which is the proper thing to do. I was looking at doughnuts with my daughter trying to figure out what kind of doughnuts they had cause there was no signs to say what they were....and she was putting in the doughtnuts we were looking at ...NOT WHAT WE ASKED FOR!!...She wasn't paying attention to us at all just yapping on phone the whole time...I said excuse me we didn't ask for those ...we were just talking amongst ourselves on what kind we thought they were. And gave us a dirty look. Very unprofessional!“

“Was there for the infamous Raffle Dazzle Pie....no words...best pie and pie filing I have ever had! I have orders to buy more for family living out of state. Small town feel inside the Pie Pantry, families coming and going as they take a break from the water Park (walk around soaking wet, ha, ha.... Just sweet atmosphere. Will definitely return!!!“

“We ordered a cake for my stepdad’s retirement from the post office and his 70th birthday, and overall we had a great experience. The cake and cupcakes looked absolutely beautiful—everything was decorated perfectly for the occasion. Communication was excellent throughout the process, and Raquel answered all my questions quickly and clearly. Her pricing was also very reasonable compared to others I considered. The cake itself tasted amazing, especially the raspberry filling—it was a big hit! The only downside was that some guests and I felt the cupcakes were a little dry and lacked flavor. That said, the customer service alone makes me want to order again. I’d definitely come back in the future!“
