Food was absolutely delicious. I love the little crispy/crunchy bits on the chicken. The flavoring is so yummy! Sorry, but way better than Panda Express.
Very amazing staff food is wonderful as well as a great atmosphere

Happy Dragon Chinese Express offers delicious Chinese takeout at reasonable prices, with customizable dish sizes. The black pepper chicken and egg rolls are particularly praised, though the orange chicken can be average and the chicken sometimes dry. While food freshness may vary depending on the time of pick-up, staff remains friendly. Online ordering is available, but customers should call the store to confirm their order. Many love the food and value, preferring it over big chains. Amenities such as water refill stations and bathroom garbage cans could be improved.
