McDonald's in West Jordan

“Every time I come to this McDonald's, customer service is great, and they are not too busy. Service is fast, and I have not had a problem with food as of yet. I have only been through the drive thru, so I can not comment on how the atmosphere is.“

“The past few months we have seen a much better customer service than in the past. ELIAS and ANNIE have outstanding customer service skills and the main reason I continue to come to this location. They both are very kind and they make sure the order is accurate before you leave. Thanks for a job well done 👍“

“I've never been a fan of McDonald's food but this is simply my opinion & everyone has there own & that's a good thing, right? Anyway this review is simply for my love, need & dare I say addiction to their wonderfully delicious Carmel frappes! I frequent the drive thru nearly daily for that sweet nectar of the gods. For that I give 3 stars and for how quickly the staff keeps those lines rolling along (more often then not) I'll tack on a fourth star. If they ever stop serving Caramel frappes it's 1star at best & I'll see you at ⭐️?'s!“

“Honestly, it's been many years since I've eaten at McDonald's. But I have to say I actually enjoyed it much more than I thought I was going to. The quarter pounder was pretty tasty and the fries are always delicious. I think I'm going to have to give McDonald's another try.“

“Compared to most McDonald's I go to, this one was on top of its game. Granted, I've only been there once. But the food was hot and the order was correct. Employees were friendly, happy and helpful. And I went there during the lunch rush, a little after noon on a weekday. It was busy, to say the least. The one near my house, I really can't compare it to this one.

Parking: Parking lot is shared with the gas station.

Kid-friendliness: They have a play place.

Wheelchair accessibility: Everything on ground level, and wheelchair accessible tables are available.“
