“all though they seemed to be out of everything and the young guy working by himself with a huge line of people out the door... He welcomed us in with a smile took everyone's order with patience and a positive attitude. Service was awesome the product they did have in was great.“
“Kennady and Sila are this franchises best employees and are probably single-handedly carrying this entire company upon their shoulders. Either give them a raise ASAP or place them next to the CEO. Thank the Lord for this shack🙏🙏“

“The Girl with the butterfly tattoo on her leg was extremely friendly and very helpful easy to deal with gr8 personality the shaved ice I got for my bride and myself was awesome! Thanks for cooking me down on a hot day I will definitely be back“
“One of the last shaved ice/snow cone places in the Salt lake valley. Especially this cute local shake type. The type I would walk to every week as a kid during the summer or work at to earn some extra cash. Very glad I found this place and I will go out of way to go here when it’s open. Cute outdoor seating with tables and beach chairs and wells as corn hole. Shade with some trees and a local bookstore next door. Very reasonably priced. I hope people support this place because I don’t wanna go to some franchised store building for Summer memories.“

“Very impressed with the service here on a Friday evening! The employees were very sweet and went the extra mile to ensure everyone was served timely and getting what they would like - so much so I felt the need to leave a review. Thanks Ritas!“

“Hokulia is the best out there! They are huge portions and have so many flavors and ice cream options too (gotta try coconut with your ice!) I love getting a snow cap on any flavor too! And the staff is always super friendly and quick too. Last time I went they even stayed open later as a local fire truck drove up so they could take their orders and serve everyone.“
