We visited this location and were assisted by Randall. He was a literal joy. So helpful, kind and patient! I was assisting an individual with a disability with their order and Randall spoke to my client directly the whole time. He was respectful and made my client feel great. We loved Randall and appreciated the happiness he radiated while doing his job so well.
Why are you guys charging for sauce!?! I’ve always have gotten sauce for free!!! Also how is the new spicy chicken sandwich different? It’s the exact same, there’s no cheese so what’s different about it?
This was a sad Wendy's. We arrived a little after 6:00 pm and there were no cars in the drive or parking lot. I ordered on the app so we could zip in and out. When I pulled up to the speaker we waited 2-3 minutes before someone spoke on the speaker. When we pulled around to the window we waited another 2-3 minutes before anyone came to the window.
