Tonight I witnessed some people needing help with their order and the guy at the counter was super helpful and friendly. He even put in a little extra effort bringing their food to them. “I always go through the drive through. This has been the best Carl's Jr establishment that I have been to. They are very friendly, they care enough to offer a water cup on a hot day. They made my food fresh. They smile, and really do a good job. I am greatful for Christa. She is a very nice woman. She says nice things, and has exceptional customer service. The Riverdale, and Arizona Carl's Jr's are not as good as this one. Thank you for careing.“

“My mother and I came to this In-N-Out Burger for the first time for lunch today. The first thing we noticed was that THE MENU PRICES WERE SO MUCH LOWER than current fast food prices! So, of course I ordered more food, including two double double cheeseburgers, fries, and a chocolate milkshake for under $18! They also had a regular hamburger combo for $10. We'll definitely be back!“

“Always friendly staff the grandkids love playing at the playground and honestly that gives me and my daughter's 5 minutes so I always love coming here, and the courtesy ice cream cones are a perfect way to end the visit and keeps the kids from throwing a fit about leaving and perfect size for little hands. When my order was ready they gave me extra paper boats as well as extra gummies to ensure all my kids were happy and taken care of. I appreciated their attention to detail and how they anticipated my needs without me having to ask. “We recently went through this drive thru and arrived at our house and found we didn’t have our chicken wrap. We went back feeling frustrated and we were greeted by Matt at the cashier. He did an amazing job at getting our chicken wrap quickly, refilled our drinks, and threw in a chicken sandwich. Matt is the reason for our 5 star review! He handled it very professionally. I was pleasantly surprised when I came in to the store here on Midland today to get lunch. The two young gentleman that were working the counter were kind, friendly and had great attitudes. Food came out looking great. The napkin dispenser was out pf napkins,no big deal, just went and asked for some at the counter. The young man's reaction when I let him know the dispenser was out was outstanding. He apologized several times, got me some napkins and went straight out and refilled the dispenser. Might seems like a small thing to write out a review for but felt that these two needed a little recognition. I jist wish I had got their name sto include in this.“
