“Honestly very happy with my experience it's very chill vibes good music fun theme and then the food was amazing on top of that the fries have a good seasoning and they make good fry sauce to compliment them I had the double classic creature feature and it was delicious and more than enough to fill me up my partner ordered the Fowler and they loved it even more than I did my burger would highly recommend might be our new favorite date spot!“

**Update** A manager contacted me to discuss my review. I gave her all of the details and she apologized and invited us back with a gift card. I told her I didn’t want anything, I just wanted to be heard and to let those workers know how their customer service needs to be improved. She offered us the gift card to “make things right”. I appreciate her sincerity and will try again in the near future.“

“We love Tony burger. The best tasting burger ever created. They are super rich though, I can almost feel my arteries clogging. Admittedly partially because my favorite burger is basically a grilled cheese with a patty in it. Other family members favor the Southern and the old reliable. I like both of those as well. The best side is their cheese curds. It is the only side we ever order. Their flavor and texture is perfect. The other favorite for me is their raspberry shake. When they have it, buy one! It is the best raspberry shake I've ever had. The biscoff shake is awesome too.“

“Are portion sizes reduced lately? Not today at this location. I sometimes do a French fry pig-out. Fries only and a water cup. I got a large fry. I ate everything from the tall cup and refilled it from the bag. I ate that and refilled it AGAIN, full. Just barely able to eat all these fries, and I was hungry. Friendly staff. Fries fresh and hot. Good job!“

I was able to order quickly, the lady at the counter with the black hair who I think may have been one of the managers there was incredibly sweet and got my order right and out in a very timely manner. “We got a cheeseburger there.... I know, not the Greek food we could have ordered, but this was for my brother, he just wanted a burger. Well, Greek Kabob, did not disappoint?, my brother loved it!Now, on the note of customer service. The young man that helped us was kind; and did a really great job, after he knew we were going to purchase food from their establishment. Food courts, well, you do get a lot of browsers...I'm one of those, so, sometimes their smile may not be forth coming instantly. “The Men’s restroom here smells so terrible it’s best to avoid having to use it. Now that that’s out of the way: The food is good. Drinks are always correct and the service is timely. TIP YOUR SERVERS here they some make much hourly and the servers have mentioned to me that they don’t get tipped often anymore.“

My hash browns were like super dry and crunchy .... “They forgot the nuggets we paid for. I forgot to check the bag fully before we left. It was a decent sized order for multiple people, so I get that mistakes happen. I was really hungry, it was a long day, & we'd already gotten to the other side of the valley before I realized what happened because I made sure everyone else got their food first.
